A month after the first reveal/performance of I’ll be there, my opinions still stand. I barely has anything else to add to that, and given how it remains on my ‘like’ status since then, i don’t think it’ll make it to my ‘love’ status. Not a bad thing by all means, but it probably won’t stay in my playlist as long as Arashi’s previous singles or even its B-sides.

So… the governor with 70% approval rating lost a second term due to (his) religion. Le sigh.

It’s not as if i didn’t anticipate this possibility, yet to see it happening for real — in year 2017 — is unexpected.

Rebel–Thief Who Stole the People: on episode 11~20

After 19 episodes, i finally get why this drama is titled Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People. Nineteen.

Well, maybe i was too dense to figure it out sooner, ’cause while i got the “rebel” part, i’ve wondered about the “thief” part until the drama’s middle third. Even then, the true meaning of “thief who stole the people” eventually dawned on me on the said episode.

Tokyo Tarareba Musume: on episode 9~10, final thoughts

So that’s how Tarareba ends: the exact way i hoped it would NOT go, going down the exact road i prayed it would NOT take. As if it’s mocking me.
